Zarpellon
In 1935 Giuseppe Zarpellon decided to found a trade of dairy products at thefoot of the Venetian Alps. 1971 saw the start of new production of national and local cheeses such as as Grana Padano, Montasio, Asiago, Gorgonzola and Provolone (this would eventually include Parmiggiano Reggiano).
Today Zarpellon is an internationally recognised brand and is one of the biggest cheese manufacturing companies in Italy.
