These sunny anchovies are filleted, salt-cured, and stored in sunflower oil, which helps provide excellent and delicious high-quality anchovies that are tender with a mild, clean flavour.
At 700g, these tins of anchovies are perfect for food service as they come in an ideal bulk size for making pizza toppings, pasta sauces, salads or our personal favourite, zeppole Italian donuts.
